Hey! I used your program to slim down post surgery and I can’t thank you enough 😍 I got really down post surgery because I lost all my strength and things I once found easy we’re almost impossible, I had no confidence either and found going back to the gym terrifying but your program made it possible for me to get my body back from my tiny home and I’m forever grateful! I’m looking forward to see what the rest of my fitness journey brings ❤️
